1 surface materials customization

1) fiberglass

Fiberglass is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance and a wide variety of types. Its advantages are good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength, but its disadvantages are brittleness and poor wear resistance. It is a cheap material amongest the current popular paddle material.

2) carbon fiber

Carbon fiber is mainly composed of carbon elements, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, friction resistance, heat conduction and corrosion resistance. It is fibrous, soft, and can be processed into various fabrics. It has high strength.

3) 3K carbon fiber

The ‘K’ in 3K fiber cloth represents the specification of carbon fiber cloth. Carbon fiber cloth is woven from bundles of carbon fiber filaments. 1K means that one bundle of fiber filaments contains 1000 filaments, and 3K means that one bundle contains 3000 carbon fiber filaments.

3k carbon fiber

4) 12k carbon fiber

Each bundle contains 12,000 carbon fiber filaments, which is heavy but strong, suitable for high-strength and impact-resistant applications.

12k carbon fiber

5) 18k carbon fiber

Each bundle contains 18,000 carbon fiber filaments, it is suitable for pickleball paddles requiring more force and precision.

6) Kevlar

Kevlar is an aramid fiber material developed by DuPont in the United States. This material has the characteristics of high strength, low density, good toughness and high temperature resistance. Its strength is 5 times that of steel of the same quality, but its density is only one-fifth of that of steel.

7) T700 raw carbon surface

Raw carbon refers to carbon fibers that have been processed into a textile form but have not yet been infused with resin to form a composite material. The raw carbon surface increases the roughness and friction when playing. It is usually T700 strength imported from Japan Toray.

2 surface roughness customization

By sandblasting on the surface, the roughness on the paddle can be increased for more friction and control.

3 handle customization

exclusive PU handle technique to increase the grip feel and control during playing
